Gabriele Bruera is a finance professional specializing in wealth and asset management, based in Ticino, Switzerland.
He currently serves as Partner, CEO, and Fund Manager at Compass Asset Management SA, a Lugano-based company focused on delivering tailored wealth management and asset management solutions.

With a strong academic background — including a degree in Economics from the University of Turin and a Master’s in Finance from the London Business School — Bruera has developed extensive experience in the financial sector.
At Compass Asset Management, he serves as Chief Executive Officer and co-responsible for the management of the company’s fixed income funds.

Founded in 1998 by a team of professionals with long-standing international finance experience, Compass Asset Management SA has been authorized by FINMA as a Fund Manager since 2007 and as a Securities Dealer since 2017.
Under Bruera’s leadership, Compass AM has strengthened its position in the industry, offering comprehensive portfolio management, investment fund, and advisory services.

At Compass, he leads a team of professionals dedicated to managing and developing relationships with private and institutional clients, providing personalized portfolio management services that reflect the company’s core values of transparency, independence, and integrity.

Achievement

GC is currently a member of the Executive Management of Compass Asset Management SA.
Previously, he held senior positions at BSI Lugano and Banca Unione di Credito (BUC) in Lugano, as well as executive roles at Patrimony 1873, a Family Office within the Generali Group.

Pietro Ugazzi has built a solid and distinguished career in the financial sector, developed primarily between Italy and Switzerland.
After graduating in Economics and Commerce, he began his professional journey as a software developer for derivative pricing models.

In 1992, he joined Martin-Bierbaum in Milan as a broker specializing in bond options.
In 1996, he was appointed Managing Director of JTB in Nyon, a company active in the over-the-counter trading of equity and bond options, now operating under the name Realtime Broking.

In 1998, he co-founded Compass Asset Management SA, where he currently serves as Partner and Member of the Executive Management.
In this role, he is responsible for managing relationships with private and institutional clients, as well as acting as an individual portfolio manager.

Achievement

Pietro Ugazzi served as a Board Member of the Longevity Science Foundation, an international organization dedicated to promoting research and innovation in the fields of biotechnology and human health.
